Patrick from Spongebob

Patrick from Spongebob is one of the more popular Spongebob characters. Patrick Starfish lives under a rock, on the other side of Spongebob's neighbor Squidward. While it may seem like it's just Patrick who's a little on the dumb side, it may be all starfish on Spongebob are the same way.

Patrick is Spongebob's best friend, and loves to go jellyfishing. Him and Spongebob spend most of their free time at Jellyfish fields catching jellyfish. We also see Patrick at the Krusty Krab sometimes while Spongebob is at work.

The most famous episode featuring Patrick from Spongebob would have to be "Patrick Smartpants", from season 4. In this episode, we see a smart Patrick who has everyone in Bikini Bottom puzzled. How is it Patrick became so smart all the sudden? In the end, we see the old Patrick from Spongebob come back.

Patrick and Spongebob aren't always best friends. In a few different episodes, we see these friends battling it out as rivals. Friendship always wins though, and the two remain best friends still.
